Here to support wellbeing

By teaching mindfulness and wellbeing strategies to kids, we can provide children with the tools they need to build confidence, cope with stress, and relate to uncomfortable or challenging moments.

At Mindful Kids Melbourne we offer a variety of wellbeing workshops via onsite and online platforms for kids and adults.

MKM is a facilitator of the Peaceful Kids and Peaceful Parents program developed by Georgina Manning, who is the Director of Wellbeing for Kids.

Through mindfulness and positive psychology practises we can better support children and their wellbeing, having some fun along the way!

Mindfulness is all about...

Paying attention, in a particular way, for a particular purpose

"There is a rapidly growing research based on the positive role of mindfulness for healthy childhood development and learning. The Peaceful Kids program is making a great contribution to helping children to develop these skills early in life - a skill that will set them in good stead for the rest of their lives."

Dr Craig Hassed MBBS, FRACGP Senior Lecturer Monash University

Happy parents

What a fantastic resource for kids and parents! My eldest daughter participated in the peaceful kids program last year and loved it. The skills learned have definitely helped her both at school and home. Sarah is a lovely teacher. All-in-all a very positive experience.
