Peaceful Kids

Did you know MKM is available to facilitate Peaceful Kids at your school?

By teaching mindfulness to kids, we can provide them with the tools they need to build confidence, cope with stress, and relate to uncomfortable or challenging moments. The Peaceful Kids program aims to lessen anxiety and stress and increase resilience in children from Prep to Year 12. This program helps children to build their emotional resilience and equip them to deal with the day-to-day stresses that life brings them.

At Mindful Kids Melbourne we are able to facilitate the Peaceful Kids program alongside of MKM adult workshops to support parents more mindfully and increase parenting wellbeing.

This presents a great opportunity for school to have a holistic approach to support their children and parenting communities mental health and wellbeing through mindfulness and Positive Psychology practices.

Peaceful Classrooms

The 10-week Mindfulness Program brings weekly 60-minute lessons into the classroom. Children learn essential mindfulness skills to reduce stress, improve attention and emotional intelligence.

Over 10 weeks, children will develop strategies in developing focus, an understanding of the science of mindfulness and being more aware of their body and their own emotions.

These workshops are fun and engaging environment and suited for primary aged children.

Bookings are made in term blocks.

Mindful Kids Melbourne workshops and programs are available to be conducted onsite at your school.
