Are you ready to set up your 2023 with healthy habits? Join Sarah for the 10-10-10 Healthy Habits Challenge! 10 days of healthy habits for your mind, body and heart! This FREE wellbeing challenge aims to build some simple healthy habits to get your 2023 off to a mindful start. This is ideal for anyone looking to start the year with a wellbeing focus or get back into healthy habits after the busy Christmas/New Year season. As part of the 10-10-10 challenge, you will be provided with daily mind and movement activities that you can do in your own time. Sign up today to be part of the Facebook group where Sarah will guide and support you each day with the motivation you need to start your 2023 off feeling healthy in your mind, body and heart. The first post will be provided on the morning of January 10th. The challenge will run until the 20th of January. So are you ready?
