Join MKM for our January School Holiday Workshop 1 (Junior Primary), where children will be introduced to the wonderful world of mindfulness, meditation, and wellbeing strategies. This 2 hour workshop will also cover Growth Mindset and Resilience to support problem solving and goal setting for the upcoming school year. This is the perfect opportunity for your child to learn valuable life skills in a fun and engaging way. Sign up now and give your child the tools they need to thrive in 2025! All resources are included in the session. Children will need to provide their own snacks. Max 6 students in a session.
